Character design for a game that I'm working on my spare time. The plan is that the player can costumize everything from accessories, animations and color.
This is the concept I had in mind and when I started using Blender for the first time in school, I took the opportunity to test my concept to see if it would work.

By having the Armature, all I had to do was put the accessory on the corresponding "bone".

I separated the eye from the body and gave the body a material that could be changed through code.
